I've been taking my dogs and cats there for almost 30 years. The doctors are caring and compassionate. My only problem is their parking lot is very small.

It really stinks to have to do this. My past experiences with this office were wonderful and would warrant the 5 star rating. I love the vets here and how they aren't following the "sell them everything" model. They really care for the animals. That being said, the last few months have not met my expectations. I've tried to contact them several times. The first, I sent an email to which they called back and I was unable to answer. I tried to call back, but they do not accept phone messages outside certain hours. Those hours I can't leave messages happen to be the only hours I can attempt to call them. After an unsuccessful call, I tried replying again via email, and got nothing. I texted (at the time they stated that was a viable option on their answering message)... nothing. I tried email again... nothing. In between I have attempted to call and get a person, but no one answers. Since that first call, I have yet to call and have the ability to leave a message. This is insane. I've now spent several hours attempting to contact them. First for an ill animal, then an allergic reaction, now for annual exams. I shouldn't have to chase my vet down. Something has obviously changed in the past year or so, and not for the good of the pets. Here are my suggestions: 1. Check your spam, if email is going to be the only way we can reach you. 2. It's time to clean house with your employees Drs. Waite and Skidmore. You are only as good as your help.

Dr Waite is the most compassionate vet I’ve ever met. He listens and asks questions before thoroughly examining your pet. And my dog appeared very comfortable with him. Dr Waite’s prices are very reasonable as well.
